Robinhood Delivers Strong Financial Performance in Q4 2025
Transaction-based revenues rose 15% year-over-year to $776 million, driven by strong performance in options, equities, and other transaction services. Options revenue increased 41% to $314 million, while equities revenue climbed 54% to $94 million. Net interest revenues also advanced 39% to $411 million, supported by higher interest-earning assets and securities lending. Product expansion played a central role in the company’s growth. Prediction Markets emerged as a major driver, with over 12 billion event contracts traded in 2025. To strengthen this segment, Robinhood formed a joint venture, Rothera LLC, with Susquehanna International Group and acquired MIAXdx in January 2026 to support the development of a CFTC-licensed exchange. The company also introduced new AI-powered tools through Robinhood Cortex and expanded access to short selling in late 2025.
For the full year, Robinhood reported total revenues of $4.5 billion, up 52% year-over-year, while net income reached $1.9 billion. Adjusted EBITDA surged 76% to $2.5 billion, highlighting improved operating efficiency.
User growth remained robust, with funded customers rising to 27 million and investment accounts reaching 28.4 million. Total platform assets increased 68% to $324 billion, supported by strong net deposits and rising market valuations. Robinhood Gold subscribers grew 58% to 4.2 million, pushing average revenue per user to $191.
Looking ahead, early 2026 data indicate continued momentum, with rising deposits, trading volumes, and margin balances, positioning Robinhood for sustained growth in the evolving digital finance landscape.
