CFD broker GBE Brokers is strengthening its presence in Germany through a new sports sponsorship, becoming an official Premium Partner of Berlin-based football club Hertha BSC.

Hertha BSC currently competes in Germany’s second-tier 2. Bundesliga, with the partnership giving GBE Brokers prominent visibility across the club’s first-team environment.

Under the agreement, the GBE Brokers logo appears on the left sleeve of teamwear worn by Hertha’s professional players and coaching staff. The branding was visible at the club’s first home match of the 2026/27 season against 1. FC Heidenheim at Berlin’s Olympiastadion last Saturday.

The sponsorship covers teamwear used outside the official match kit, including sweatshirts, training shirts and jackets. Players and coaching staff will wear the branded clothing during training and around matchdays, including warm-ups and pre-match appearances. The logo can also be seen on players in the technical area when they are not on the pitch.

For GBE Brokers, the agreement has a particular connection to Berlin. The company said the capital and the surrounding region are strategically important, partly because of the personal roots of co-founder and owner Ben-Florian Henke. The broker said the partnership reflects a shared focus on building long-term relationships and taking responsibility within the community.

The deal comes as GBE Brokers continues to expand its footprint in the German online trading market. Earlier this year, the broker acquired the clients of CFD provider JFD Group, strengthening its position among German retail trading customers.

GBE Brokers describes itself as one of Germany’s leading CFD brokers, offering more than 1,000 CFD instruments covering stocks, indices, commodities and cryptocurrencies. Its trading infrastructure includes MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and TradingView.

Founded in 2014, the company emphasizes German-language customer support through its Hamburg branch alongside its trading technology offering. GBE Brokers Ltd. is regulated by Cyprus’ CySEC under CIF licence 240/14, while its Hamburg branch is licensed by BaFin under ID 10148129.

The Hertha partnership therefore combines local brand visibility with GBE Brokers’ broader push to establish a stronger position in Germany’s competitive retail trading market.
