EGR Wealth Limited has entered administration, with Robert Goodhew and Geoff Bouchier of Kroll Advisory Limited appointed as joint administrators on 24 August 2026.
The administrators will oversee the affairs of the firm throughout the administration process. As officers of the court, they have to operate in accordance with applicable UK insolvency law and will be responsible for determining the next steps for the business and its clients.
EGR Wealth has authorization by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and provides discretionary investment management services. Its activities included managing investment portfolios on behalf of clients and facilitating the transfer and administration of client investments.
EGR Wealth Enters Administration as Kroll Appointed Joint Administrators
The administration follows regulatory restrictions imposed on the firm. On 24 July 2026, EGR Wealth agreed to a voluntary requirement that restricted the activities it was permitted to undertake.
The joint administrators said they will work with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) as they assess the position of affected customers and determine the appropriate next steps. Further updates will be available as the administration progresses.
The FSCS is the UK’s statutory compensation scheme for customers of authorised financial services firms that fail. Eligible consumers and businesses may be able to receive compensation, although coverage depends on the circumstances and the applicable eligibility criteria.
So, customers with questions about the administration can contact the joint administrators at Kroll on +44 (0) 207 029 5078 or via EGR@Kroll.com. Kroll Advisory Ltd is based at The News Building, Level 6, 3 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG.
Customers can also contact the FSCS on 0800 678 1100 or at enquiries@fscs.org.uk for information about potential compensation and eligibility.
The development places EGR Wealth’s client investments and ongoing services under the supervision of the appointed administrators, with the administrators and FSCS expected to provide further information as the process moves forward.
