This decision marks the end of a collaboration that commenced in 2020 when eToro sponsored the “2020 Tri-Nations.” This signaled the beginning of what is going to be a long-term relationship with Rugby Australia. However, eToro has recently shifted its focus to the realm of sports sponsorships.

Earlier this month, eToro entered into a new three-year sponsorship agreement, securing the title of the Official Trading and Investing Platform for the Australian Professional Leagues (APL). As reported by Finance Magnates, this latest collaboration encompasses both the Isuzu UTE A-League Men and Liberty A-League Women, positioning eToro as a key partner with its branding prominently featured on the men’s playing jerseys for the upcoming 2023/2024 season. The partnership extends to substitution boards across competitions and a digital presence on A-Leagues channels.
Expressing enthusiasm about this new venture, APL Commissioner Nick Garcia highlighted eToro’s longstanding global connection with football and expressed anticipation for the continued success of the Liberty A-League Women and an “incredible season” for the Isuzu UTE A-League Men.
This sponsorship is part of eToro’s expansive portfolio, which includes collaborations with other prestigious sports leagues such as the English Premier League, German Bundesliga, Spanish Liga ACB, and UK Premiership Rugby.
