Grizzlies Announce Official Partnership with Robinhood Markets

The Memphis Grizzlies have officially shared a new multi-year partnership with online broker Robinhood Markets, designating the firm as the official investing and jersey patch partner. Starting with the 2024-25 season, the Robinhood logo will be on the upper left chest of all Grizzlies uniforms.

This collaboration comes as Robinhood experiences a resurgence in financial performance, achieving record revenue and profit in the second quarter of 2024. The company has benefited from rising interest income and increased cryptocurrency trading, with its shares surging 87% year-to-date, nearing a 52-week high.

Also, Ted Roberts, Vice President of Partnership Marketing for the Grizzlies, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, “AAs an organization, we believe in pushing ourselves to deliver creative and meaningful partnerships to the Grizzlies community. Today, we’re excited to announce that Robinhood Markets, Inc., a progressive leader in financial services, will be the official investing and jersey entitlement partner of the Memphis Grizzlies. In addition to the jersey patch, Robinhood will gain significant visibility throughout the Grizzlies’ home court, with its logo featured along both baselines. The partnership will also extend across various media platforms, including broadcasts and social media.

So, to kick off their collaboration, the Grizzlies and Robinhood are joining forces for the Grizz Take Action Day of Service on September 19, where employees from both organizations will package 60,000 meals for the Memphis community, showcasing their commitment to giving back.
