Swissquote Share Split to Reduce Stock Price for Retail Traders

Swissquote Rolls Out AI Infrastructure Investment Offering

Shares of Swissquote moved into focus after the Swiss online bank announced the launch of a new investment theme centred on AI Infrastructure, targeting the physical backbone that powers artificial intelligence systems.

The company said the new theme is going to move away from direct exposure to software developers who have dominated the AI rally. Instead of competing in what it described as an “inevitable battle” among AI software leaders, Swissquote is focusing on the foundational systems required to keep AI platforms operational.

Swissquote Rolls Out AI Infrastructure Investment Offering

“The rewards are in the foundational layer of what keeps AI working: data centres, cooling, and energy. It doesn’t matter which software company wins the war – they’ll be reliant on these elements to function,” the bank said.

According to the bank, the AI Infrastructure theme targets companies involved in building and maintaining the physical systems behind artificial intelligence. This includes operators of 24/7 data centres that require constant base-load power, as well as firms addressing the high-voltage demands of graphics processing unit (GPU) racks.

Swissquote noted that heat dissipation is becoming a central challenge, with power densities now exceeding 100kW per rack, levels where traditional air-conditioning systems are insufficient. The theme also includes companies supporting modular buildouts and high-speed networking components that connect thousands of GPUs into integrated processing clusters, described as “super-factories.”

The product is a Swiss Uncertificated Security under Swiss law. It has no fixed maturity date and remains open-ended. Redemption occurs once an investor exercises their termination right or if the issuer decides to terminate the product.

With this launch, Swissquote is positioning the offering around the infrastructure layer underpinning AI expansion rather than direct exposure to software-focused developers.
