Trade.com operates in the U.S. under the entity Trade Capital Markets North America LLC.
Furthermore, Trade.com obtained authorization to operate in the Middle East market in September 2023, aligning with the opening of its office in Dubai, operating under the regulatory framework of the local government.

According to representatives from Trade.com, the company envisions building a global network of licenses by 2025, positioning itself as one of the premier global fintech operators. CEO Roei Gavish emphasized the company’s commitment to being a “global brand with a local face.”
Trade Capital UK (TCUK) Ltd, the UK branch of Trade.com, has reported a remarkable 216% increase in revenue, reaching £759,240 in 2022, accompanied by an equivalent net profit. Incorporated in 2017 and receiving FCA approval in September 2019, TCUK launched its operations in mid-October 2019.
The Companies House filing for the firm stated, “While the 2022 revenues recorded a 216% increase and the net profit was increased by 295% compared to the net loss of 2021, more accurate comparative figures and performance metrics will become available in subsequent years.”
Moreover, Trade.com recently welcomed Michalis Tsaousellis as Chief Dealer. Based in Cyprus, Tsaousellis will oversee the trading team, introduce new products, and optimize their development. He brings extensive experience to the role as Senior Dealer at FXPRIMUS for five years.
