Vantage Foundation: Uniting Motorsport and Advocacy

Vantage Markets has announced the establishment of the Vantage Foundation, a non-profit organization. It will bridge the worlds of motorsport and global advocacy. The foundation’s mission is to raise awareness and support advocacy efforts against immobility, as well as address challenges in social life, such as depression, anxiety, and loneliness.

The Vantage Foundation will operate from the iconic McLaren Technology Centre, bringing together the passion for motorsport and the commitment to fostering positive social change. One of its significant initiatives is to raise funds through auctions of used Extreme E car bodywork and driver overalls, generously donated by the NEOM McLaren Extreme E Team.

This unique partnership with NEOM McLaren Electric Racing further highlights the commitment to sustainable practices and raising awareness of climate change’s impact through responsible racing. Ian James, the Managing Director of NEOM McLaren Electric Racing, expressed his pride in being part of this effort.

“We are very proud to be involved in the introduction of The Foundation, our effort to raise awareness about another vital challenge on a global scale,” said Ian James.

The Vantage Foundation’s dedication to social change goes beyond motorsport. They have forged official partnerships with renowned organizations, including the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The collaboration with UNHCR, especially in commemoration of World Refugee Day, will focus on providing literacy and educating communities about refugee issues and the denial of rights.

Lydia Piddock, the UNHCR UK Director of Strategy and Growth, expressed her gratitude for this collaboration, stating, “Thanks to our collaboration with the Vantage Foundation, we will connect people with the lived experiences of refugees. UNHCR operates in 135 countries to protect individual rights and encourage us all to go beyond stereotypical views and improve our understanding of the problems faced by refugees.”

As the holiday season approaches, Vantage has plans to spread joy and make a difference in the lives of less fortunate children. They intend to distribute Christmas gifts to children in various countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, England, Brazil, and Nigeria.

The Vantage Foundation’s commitment to creating positive change on both global and local scales exemplifies their dedication to improving society. The fusion of motorsport and advocacy serves as a unique and powerful platform to address pressing social issues, raising hope and awareness for a brighter future.
